Skills To Advance aims to equip employees with the skills to progress in their current job, or to take advantage of new job opportunities.
It is a national initiative that provides upskilling and reskilling opportunities to employees in jobs undergoing change and to those currently employed in vulnerable sectors.
Skills to Advance aims to equip employees with the skills they need to progress in their current role or to adapt to the changing job market.
Working closely with small and medium-sized enterprises, Skills to Advance helps employers identify skills needs and invest in their workforce by providing subsidised education and training to staff.

Supervisory Management

Now offering QQI Level 6 module Supervisory Management 6N4329. Subject to interest.

Dates to be announced

4 hours a week for 6 weeks

This QQI Supervisory Management course, equips existing Team Leaders and Supervisors (and those considering a career in managing people) with skills to lead and supervise teams successfully.

Students will learn how to:
(1) analyse situations and make decisions,
(2) develop quality customer service plans,
(3) plan and organise people, and
(4) understand the role of strategic planning and change management.

This distance learning, QQI accredited course means that Students can study flexibly at home, or at work, and can gain a Nationally recognised qualification. The course is designed for those working in Large Companies, SMEs or the Public Sector.
